Returns and Exchanges

If we make a mistake or if your order arrives damaged, we sincerely apologize and will be happy to take care of it for you. Please email info@housesixsixteen.com with your order number and a photo of your damaged item and we will be happy to assist you.

Shipping Policy

Our shipping is a flat rate of $10 for all U.S. orders. All orders over $100 ship FREE!

Processing Time

Our current processing time is 7-10 business days. We are working diligently to process orders quicker, however, due to all products being hand-poured, some items may take the full 10 business days to process.

Ingredients

All House Six Sixteen candles are created with 100% Virgin Coconut Soy Wax, a natural cotton wick for a clean and even burn, and high quality, certified clean, non-toxic fragrance oils.

All House Six Sixteen room sprays are created with all natural products including high quality, certified clean, non-toxic fragrance oils.
